General notes on data processing

This website processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide its content and services. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR.

„Keppt" is currently in development; no product is offered at the time this page is published. Only the data required to operate the landing page and to handle voluntary sign-ups for the private beta is processed.

Server log files

When you visit this site, the hosting provider collects anonymized access data (shortened IP address, date, URL, user agent). The data is used solely for operational security and is deleted after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

Private Beta sign-up (Formspree)

If you sign up for the private beta via the form on the home page, you submit your email address. In addition, the selected language version (de/en) is transmitted so that the future beta access can be prepared in the matching language.

The transmission and intermediate storage is handled by the service provider Formspree, Inc. (251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, USA), with whom a data processing agreement is in place. Formspree forwards the submission by email to the controller and also retains it in the provider dashboard.

Purpose: Inclusion in a waitlist and notification when the beta starts. No further use — in particular, no advertising — takes place.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent by submitting the form). Consent can be revoked at any time by an informal email to hello@lutzleonhardt.de; in that case the associated data will be deleted.

Third-country transfer: Formspree also processes data in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and supplementary standard contractual clauses. More information: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts directly from the servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When you load the page, your IP address is transmitted to Google so the fonts can be delivered. Google also processes data in the USA, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and supplementary standard contractual clauses.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, performant presentation of the site). For more information, see Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Interactive product demo

The home page includes a demonstration of the product interface that runs entirely in the browser. The demo is a static simulation; it does not send input to a server and does not process personal data. The animation sequences and example data are part of the JavaScript bundle delivered to the browser.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, an informal email to hello@lutzleonhardt.de is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
